Our experience with this dealership is phenomenal, the staff , especially the sales representative (Adam) is very professional.They actually don't have the one's we want, and the best part is they're listening and hearing to what their customer want and so quickly to look for the vehicle we really want. Overall, this is THE BEST dealership to go to and we're very satisfied doing business with them.

It took three appointments and nearly three months to get the side sensor fixed on my 2016 Verano. I was told I would be contacted when the parts arrived “in 5-7 business days”. I never received a call and after waiting a month I called them. I was as told that it was ironic that I called them because the parts had just arrived. When the parts were finally installed, it was discovered that there was a second problem. Again I had to wait for parts. This repair was covered under warranty, but I had to ask them to check that rather than them being proactive in checking. The only reason I gave them three stars is because the sensor now finally works. Their customer service is a one.
