Great service

The whole experience was easy.

I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. People are extremely friendly. Work was done in a timely manner. The price was great. Everything went well. I recommend this dealer.

It took me three weeks just to get an appointment. Once I finally got my truck in, the issue was not resolved, and I was told a part needed to be ordered. Another week later, I received a call that the part had arrived, only to find out that the next available appointment is another two and a half weeks away. By the time this is finally resolved, I will have been waiting over six weeks to have my truck repaired. My tailgate will not shut and my driver-side window will not close, which makes the truck undrivable. Both issues are covered under warranty. I understand that there are only two technicians available who are qualified to work on my truck, and I understand that scheduling can be difficult. However, having a truck at this price point that is covered under warranty, is not drivable, and is taking over six weeks to repair is extremely frustrating. ( 2025 GMC Hummer). I have invested a significant amount of money into this vehicle, and I feel there should have been more urgency given the circumstances. This experience has definitely made me reconsider returning to this dealership or even staying with the brand once my lease is up.

Very professional very quick very clean

The service was quick and friendly. They took care of my backup camera no problems there but my radio needed to be reprogrammed and still is not working right they also turned on the automatic high beams for the car which I did not want on they came on in the middle of a heavy fog bank which made it harder to see things.

Timely service

The dealership listened to me and checked out my concerns. They confirmed that the issue wasn’t anything to worry about. I appreciated them taking my concern seriously. Not too many dealerships do that.

My truck was there 2 different times for a total 8 weeks. They send a text when your truck arrives with instructions to text for updates on your vehicle. The thing is they never text you back when ask for updates. So I tried calling many times with it almost always going to voicemail. They would never call back when you left a message. For me to get any information on what was being done to my truck I had to involve a manager from the sales department. I was provided a loaner truck and I appreciated that very much. Overall I felt like my truck was not a priority to them and communication was not good at all. The whole experience has made me question being a GMC customer.
